Current fee for the TOEFL iBT test is USD210.00 (610.000 tugriks ) and you need International Bank Payment card ( Visa, Master etc., ) to pay the test fee over the Internet. There are some TOEFL iBT testing centers in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia and “E-Pen” testing center is as “E-Pen” Education Advice & Technology, Mongolia on the web site.
